Submitting a support ticket is pretty easy, in fact, if you're reading this, you're practically there.


First, you need to go to the Help Desk home page. This is a link to it.


The page looks something like this:


Once you're there, click "New Support Ticket"

Then you will be directed to a page that looks like this:

Now that you're on that page, you'll be able to fill out the ticket form. 

"Requester" is where you will put your email address.

"Subject" is where you will put the subject of your issue

"Description" is where you will give detailed information about your problem.


Once you have done this, you can click "Submit" at the bottom of the page to Submit your ticket.
